  • Lemon & thyme chicken breast, pearl barley & black lentil risotto
  • Scotch fillet mignon, lyonaise potatoes, red wine jus
  • Duxelle stuffed maryland chicken, potato puree, mushroom jus
  • Kingfish, shaved fennel, ruby grapefruit & kalamata olive salad, roasted hazelnut dressing
  • Roasted porchetta, slow cooked white beans, vincotto glaze
  • Grilled garlic & preserved lemon lamb rack, rosemary chat potatoes, parsley & caper salsa
