• Baked Barramundi - Baked Barramundi fillets served with a champagne and dill sauce or
• Grainfed Porterhouse - Roasted grainfed porterhouse served on a bed of garlic potato mash with a Red Wine sauce

Dessert

• Brandy Snap Basket - Delicate homemade brandy snap basket served full of fresh fruit on a bed of Raspberry Couli with fresh cream or
• Sticky Date Pudding - Tempting sticky date pudding served with fresh cream and smothered in a sweet butterscotch sauce
