Since 1977 Blanco Catering has been providing private and corporate functions with innovative menus and impeccable service. We have always been a family run business, driven by passion for the culinary art and a pride for professional service that comes with personal attention. Creativity and thought go into the creation of individual menus and our aim is to go beyond the expectation of both the organisers and guests and have people talking for days.

As the winners of the Restaurant and Catering Award for Excellence in Event Catering for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006, we are proud to offer you our experience to assist you with your wedding plans.

Our packages include both food and drinks and the venue is entirely your choice. We specialize in catering 'off-site' and this includes locations where we bring the kitchen. So if you want your wedding at a winery, a warehouse or even a marquee in a field it can be done.
