Flagstaff Hill Wedding Service
Our menu choices are extensive and we aim to be flexible & you are most welcome to utilise your wedding cake as a dessert item.

The cost of your wedding is determined solely by the catering and beverage packages you choose. A surcharge will only apply to extraordinary cleaning items or if an extended licence is required.

Sample menu

Entrée

• Seafood filo parcel: panache of seafood encased in filo pastry, served with a saffron sauce, OR
• Chicken skewers: tenderloin pieces marinated in lime, ginger & garlic with a mango & coriander sauce

Main Course

• Earth & Sea: Prime rib eye steak, oven baked, topped with creamy seafood sauce, OR
• Chicken Gabrielle: Breast with shallots, white wine, mushrooms, bacon & toasted almond flakes

Dessert

• Mango & kiwi stack: Pastry mille feuille with layers of cream laced with mango cheeks & kiwi fruit, passionfruit sauce, OR
• Chocolate Delight: chocolate torte, served with chocolate chip ice cream, drizzled with warm bourbon ganache
