  • Herb coated prawns on lemon cous cous with dipping sauce
  • Poached chicken on avocado, tomato and coriander salad

Main

  • Pancetta and brie wrapped chicken breast on herb risotto
  • Fillet of salmon, sautéed leeks and sweet pea sauce
  • Beef rib eye, mascarpone mash and brandy sauce
  • Rosemary marinated lamb cutlets, crunchy potatoes and red wine sauce

All meals served with seasonal vegetables

Dessert

  • Pecan pie, toffee sauce and double cream
  • Pear and strawberry tart, berry coulis and vanilla ice cream
  • Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce
  • Profiteroles filled with vanilla custard, chocolate sauce and toffee shards
