Michael Quinn has been a pastry chef for over 16 years and worked in five star hotels in Adelaide and Sydney. His love of the art of cake decorating is evident in the finished product.

After seven years in Sydney, Michael has returned to Adelaide bringing back skills and quality of some of Australia's top designers.
