La Dolce Vita meaning 'the sweet life' is a comprehensive catering
and event management service priding itself on working closely with
clients with emphasis on individuality, innovation, flexibility and
professionalism. We specialise in seasonal dishes utilising only the
freshest produce.
La Dolce Vita is directed by Robert Paglia. Rob was head chef and
function co-coordinator at the Botanic Café and Bar for 8 years and more
recently head chef at the Hotel Richmond.
Our company provides a comprehensive service and helpful advice for
menu's, service staff, venues and all those personal touches to make
your special day an unforgettable experience.
Rather than lock people into set options, we prefer to sit down and
create a personalized wedding package that reflects your personality and
style along with your budget. Through a personal consultation, we can
provide example menus from past events including price structures.
