  • Mild Chicken Curry: Lightly Spicy Chicken Curry served on a bed of Jasmine Rice and Pappadums
  • Beef Satay: Served on Fried Rice with our own Singapore Dip
  • Shrimp Cocktail: Shrimp and Lettuce Cocktail finished with a Creamy Brandy Cocktail Sauce

Main Course

  • Chicken Parcel: Chicken Breast poached and filled with Capsicum and Camembert Cheese, wrapped in Filo, oven baked and served with a Basil Pesto Sauce
  • Jackfruit Salmon: Atlantic Salmon Fillet oven baked and served on Bok Choy, topped with a Jackfruit Glaze
  • Mediterranean Sirloin: Beef Sirloin coated in a Spicy Seasoned Mix, oven roasted and served with a Sun Dried Tomato, Capsicum, Onion and Olive Mediterranean Relish
  • Pork Wellington: Enhanced with a Plum and Cherry Glaze

Dessert

  • Pecan Pie: With Mascarpone Cheese and Cream
  • Chocolate Basket: Filled with assorted fruits including Rockmelon, Honeydew, Strawberries and Kiwi Fruit, finished with Raspberry Couli and Mascarpone Cheese
  • Banana Caramel Pie: Served with Cream and Mango Couli
  • Fresh Apple Strudel: Served with freshly whipped Cream
