 Overview
The clubhouse has been popular for private functions since the 1930s when the people of Adelaide, particularly those living in the eastern suburbs, found it an attractive venue for weddings and other family functions.
The dining room and lounge have the charm of an earlier period of Adelaide fashion, with oak beams, open fire places, and convenient arrangement of spaces for reception, pre-dinner drinks and conversation, formal dining and for dancing in an atmosphere unique for the club.
