This menu includes Wood Oven Bread and a choice of Entrée, Main and Dessert. Our main course is served with seasonal side dishes.

Entrée

• Paella stuffed baby squid with tomato sauce or
• Grilled prawns with cannellini bean salad

Main Course

• Rolled turkey with pancetta, pistachio nuts & roast carrots or
• Roast pork belly with peppered pineapple & star anise jus

Dessert

• Raspberry & chocolate, almond plated trifle or
• Nougat semi freddo with toffeed mango or
• Cheese served with muscatels & oatmeal crackers
