function rooms for wedding receptions. The Adelaide Room which
hosts 80-140 guests and The Terrace which hosts 40-80 guests for
smaller more intimate gatherings. Our wedding packages
include:
- Chair covers with bow, in your choice of colour
- Table centrepieces (seasonal flowers) and candelabras
for all guest tables
- Personalised menus
- Complimentary bridal suite including late check out,
sparkling wine, chocolates & full breakfast
- Special accommodation rates for wedding guests
- Complimentary dinner for 6 people for pre wedding menu
tasting, valued at $300.00. ONLY applicable for deposited
bookings. Conditions apply.

Entree
- Lamb Salad (warm lamb fillet with gourmet lettuce,
roasted roma tomatoes & prosciutto served with balsamic
vinegar dressing)
- Royal Whiting (SA Whiting baked with lemon butter
served on a bed of pilaf rice)
Main Course
- Chicken Ballantine (boneless chicken pocketed with
asparagus, wrapped in bacon and served with a rich
hollandaise sauce)
- Italian Tournedos (fillet of beef cooked medium, placed
on a crouton topped with concasse of tomatoes, onion,
capsicum and mushroom sauce)
Dessert
- Brandy Snap Basket (filled with fresh seasonal fruit,
ice cream and raspberry coulis)
- Brandy Alexander Profiteroles (golden profiteroles
filled with fresh cream and drizzled with decadent Brandy
Alexander sauce)
