Sample menu

  • Balsamic grilled chicken salad with oven dried tomatoes, fetta cheese, pine nuts and basil dressing
  • Smoked salmon with preserved lemon, chilli, grapefruit, raddichio and snow pea salad with romano cheese and citrus dressing
  • Pumpkin gnocchi with wild mushrooms, garlic, oven dried tiny tomatoes and baton chives, white wine sauce and parmesan (V)

Main Course

  • Grilled chicken breast on baked pumpkin gnocchi, oven roasted tomato and sticky balsamic and thyme jus
  • Dukka crusted duck breast and red wine onions with buttered pears and sweet blackcurrant sauce
  • Grilled barramundi with pearl barley, swiss mushrooms and spiced eggplant with red wine sauce
  • Pan-fried haloumi cheese, basil and tomato tart with leek greens, pine nuts and sweet red pepper dressing (V)

Dessert

  • Rich belgium chocolate and rhubarb torte with white chocolate ice cream and cherry compote
  • Baked apple crumble cheesecake with poached strawberry compote and freshly grated nutmeg
