Catering for weddings from 10 to 150 in our historic 1860’s winery building, St Francis offers a diverse range of menus from $38.00 to $49.00 per person.

Gourmet Carvery and Cocktail Menus are also available in our wedding package and once more offer a wonderful choice of menus depending on your individual tastes.

Entrée

  • Crème of Mushroom Soup, or
  • Salad of Smoked Salmon ~ Smoked Salmon, atop baby lettuce leaves, tender new potatoes, served with tangy dill cream

Main Course

  • Roasted Chicken Breast ~ filled with apricots, bacon, chives, topped with hollandaise, or
  • Roast Scotch Fillet ~ cooked Medium to Well done and served with pepper sauce or roasted port onion jus

Dessert

  • Strawberry and Passionfruit Pavlova ~ fresh strawberries and passionfruit with lashings of whipped cream, or
  • Brandy Snap Horns ~ filled with a mango cream and garnished with a mix of seasonal berries
