  • Platters of Italian Antipasto, with a selection of homemade marinated vegetables and cold cuts
  • A variety of mixed seafood marinated in fresh chilli, garlic and mixed herbs

Entrees

  • Tasmanian Smoked Salmon, fresh Gulf Prawns and fanned Avocado with a tangy vinigarette
  • Spinach Ravioli served with napilotana sauce

Main Course

  • Char grilled Chicken Kiev or Fillet Mignon with Mushroom sauce, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables

Desserts

  • White Chocolate cake, served with a chocolate Ganach

Supper

  • A fine selection of Australian Cheese and fresh fruit
