Entree

  • Thai style seafood comprising of mixed fruits of the sea with a toffee balsamic dressing, or
  • A traditional Italian antipasto, with old recipe meats and accompaniments with house made crust bread.

Pasta

  • Chefs own broccoli and chicken rose sauce tossed with penne, or
  • Home made gnocchi in an Italian tomato salsa.

Main Course

  • Aged beef Fillet with spinach, ricotta, leek and sweet potato frittata, or
  • Marinated spatchcock char grilled on crunchy angel hair with a honey glaze.

Dessert

  • Wine soaked pears served warm with a choice of your favourite ice cream, or
  • Brandy snap basket filled with seasonal fruits on a blueberry coulis.
