Vivente Ensemble

Overview

With over 15 hours of music in our repertoire we have a large and varied selection of styles to cater for most tastes. If a particular favourite piece is not in our repertoire we can discuss the possibilities of specially arranging it for you.

The quartet is used to playing at many different types of occasions. We have recently appeared with the Welsh tenor Aled Jones and provided the strings core for the semi staged production of the opera "Lucia di Lammermoor".

We have performed for various corporate and private functions for clients like SKYCITY, KPMG, Westfield Group, Rolf Binder Veritas Winery, and University of South Australia to name a few.

Although primarily a string quartet, other possible ensembles include trio, duets, strolling violinist and salon orchestra. The musicians of the ensemble come from the ranks of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra bringing their classical expertise to a different dimension.
