Entree
- Poached prawn salad served on wild rocket, cherry
tomatoes, cucumber then dressed with a citrus mayo, or
- Basil chicken salad on a bed of marinated fetta, roast
capsicum, cucumber and lettuce leaves then finished with a
drizzle of sticky balsamic
Main Course
- Roasted Sirloin served with crispy garlic thyme potato
skins, roasted pumpkin mash, and finished with a red wine
glaze, or
- Chicken breast served on braised leek risotto then
topped with semidried tomato cream sauce and parmesan crust
garnish
All meals served with fresh seasonal vegetables and a dinner
roll with butter.

- Wedding cake served with berri couli and double cream
