Overview

In 2002 & 2003 Ian was the winner of the Australian Bridal Industry Award for the Category of Celebrant.

Contact me for the provision of free materials, which will help you in making decisions in relation to your celebrant and ceremony. I will happily meet with you (without any fee or obligation) to discuss the process and freedom available to you. If you wish, I will proudly show you the photos and notes of hundreds of my satisfied clients (read friends!)

Personal ceremonies are designed and delivered with as much input as you need. I will encourage you to write your own vows and make decisions about the way your ceremony will be structured. You might wish to involve family or friends or acknowledge important people who are not able to be with you to celebrate.

I am available to conduct ceremonies statewide and have experience in working with most of the major function facilities in South Australia. I have conducted Weddings at Ayers House, The Hilton Ballroom, The Hyatt Ballroom, Hindley Park Royal, beaches, forests, Martindale Hall, Mount Lofty House, most parks and gardens, Goolwa, Yorke Peninsula and Darwin etc.

You will be given access to the most up to date materials (readings, vows, introductions, books, web sites - as much or as little as you need) and I will draft your ceremony to reflect your individual styles and personalities. No effort is spared to find the perfect ceremony for your circumstances. I have access to over 150 other celebrants via e-mail if any more unusual requests are made, eg Pagan or Medieval style.

I use every available resource to make your day the best it can be. I have a small, discrete, professional public address system, with hidden microphone and volume control on my belt. I can play CD's of your choice, supply a table, cloth and chair if needed or simply give advice to friends and family who you wish to be involved. I have a range of clothing from formal wear, to lounge suits and have on a few occasions worn more relaxed, but appropriate clothing (eg for surprise wedding at a Bar B Que).

Reasonable fees are negotiable to meet any special circumstances. However I do not offer worn out standard ceremonies, nor over exuberant gushy presentations. My fees reflect the personal and professional effort to create something special and I follow the Australian Federation guidelines for fees.

I can also offer you advice in relation to other services such as photographers, wedding cars, DJ's, musicians etc.
